1. Advanced testing equipment
The testing centre is equipped with a chemical analysis laboratory, a powder properties laboratory, a metallographic physics laboratory, a material mechanical properties laboratory and an electron microscopy laboratory, which can meet the needs of analysis and testing in the fields of cemented carbide, non-ferrous metal composites and high purity metals.

2. Strict quality management system
Strictly in accordance with the ISO9001:2008 system for quality control, continuous improvement and a perfect quality assurance circulation system to ensure qualified product quality and customer satisfaction.

Each batch of raw materials into the factory is subject to strict incoming composition control, including testing the total carbon, chemical carbon, oxygen content of raw materials, as well as the proportion of other elements in the possession of the Fellows particle size, the determination of the specific gravity of the loose-fitting. If any of the indicators are not met, the raw material is returned to the supplier.

Each batch of mix must be subjected to chemical analysis, including the determination of Co content, total carbon and oxygen content, and any indicators of non-conformity are returned to the re-batching system.

Each batch of mix must be test pressed, sintered, tested for physical properties and metallurgical analysis. This includes density, hardness, strength, cobalt magnetism, coercivity magnetism, porosity, grain size and metallographic structure testing. Successful test pressing is required before batch pressing and sintering can be carried out.

The physical properties of each batch are tested after pressing and sintering, including density, hardness, flexural strength, cobalt magnetism, coercive magnetism, porosity, grain size and metallographic structure.

Each batch of molds and plates must be flaw tested and never allowed to leave the factory with sand holes.

Each product is tested for size, accuracy and defects before packaging, and no unqualified product is allowed to leave the factory.
