Laser tin spray welding is fast, high precision, small heat affected zone, and widely used.

 

Due to the energy burn in the laser welding process, there is continuous damage to the nozzle, which has high requirements on the material performance and dimensional tolerance of the tin ball tungsten nozzle for tungsten micro-hole production. Precision laser tin ball welding tungsten nozzle requires a smooth inner wall. Tungsten nozzles are made of cemented carbide, with HRA95 or higher, without cobalt-nickel or other metal bonding agents, and are resistant to high temperatures and wear.
