Product description
Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is used under high-temperature pressing and sintering with alloy bonding agents.
Polycrystalline diamond wire drawing dies have the longest die life of any material, providing the highest productivity and reduced downtime for the full range of applications from large to ultra-micro drawing, predictable wire surface quality, free arrangement of diamond crystals, allowing good roundness of the wire even when the die is heavily worn, and the size of the stock is guaranteed to obtain the maximum reaming size that can be expected.
Opening size: from 0.2500 mm to 14.0000 mm
There are three main types of poly crystalline diamond blanks: non-reinforced ring type, with reinforced ring type and heat stabilized type.
