Tungsten Carbide ball, commonly known as tungsten carbide ball, is a ball and roll ball made of carbide as material, carbide ball can be ideally suitable for harsh environments, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and not easily deformed. It can be used in high temperature environment higher than 400℃, carbide ball hardness ≥90.5, density about 14.9g/cm3.

Cemented carbide balls mainly include carbide blank balls, carbide finely ground balls, punched balls, carbide bearing balls, carbide valve balls, carbide non-magnetic balls, Monel balls, through-hole balls, metering balls, color-scraping balls, and balls for pens.

High hardness-The production of raw materials, HIP sintering technology, hardness ≧ 89, tolerance up to 0.001, grinding accuracy between G10-G100, the surface has been finely ground and polished, low coefficient of friction.

Application:

Production Process:

The production process of cemented carbide balls is similar to other cemented carbide products (cemented carbide rods, cemented carbide plates), mainly powder → formulation according to the requirements of the use → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → sieving → after adding the forming agent → drying again → sieving to make the mixture → granulation → cold isostatic pressing → forming (rough) → sintering → forming (finished) → packaging → storage. According to the specific use requirements and related parameters, there are mainly carbide spherical products such as tungsten carbide balls, tungsten steel balls, tungsten balls and high specific gravity alloy balls. The smallest carbide balls can be made to about 0.3 in diameter.
